Paste coating is a water based dispersion of Polymers (Copa, Copes, HDPE, TPU, ...) ground to 0-80 micron.
This water based dispersion of polymers involves adding several kinds of chemicals to water, such as a antifoam agents, running agents, emulifiers, plasticizers, thickeners and also slipping agents. In this field, we also deliver a wide range of products under our brand name Cotex.
This is the most economical way of preparing paste coatings.
This paste is applied as paste dot using a rotary screen printing method.
This coating is used primarily to coat non-wovens.
