This is a very easy and low-cost technology, on which roll materials can be surface coated, precoated or laminated with other substrates. This technology works with radiation heat by means of an IR system. The nip-rollers are simple chromated steel rollers, cooled with water. Depending on the length of the heating section, high speeds can be obtained.
