Transfercalander/laminating calander:
For laminations or coatings of thin and soft materials, this is the best technology. The heated drum can be made in different diameters (750 -
2500mm) and in widths upto 6000mm. High speeds can be obtained, due to the concept where only heating is applied within the laminating section. Cooling can be done with a separate unit. Due to the very smooth and repellent surface of the drum, no adhesive is sticking to it, which makes that surface coatings or precoatings are possible.
